What is My Pet Pet?
My Pet Pet is a virtual pet companion app where you can adopt cute pets, take care of their hunger and mood, customize backgrounds, and play mini‑games together. The app is designed to be relaxing and family‑friendly.
Q: How do I feed my pet?
A: Open the app, go to the "My Pet" tab, select your pet and tap the feeding button. Feeding will reduce hunger and help keep your pet happy.
Q: Where can I play games with my pet?
A: Tap the "Games" tab at the bottom of the screen. Choose a game such as "Flappy Pet" or "Pet Pet Jump", select a pet, then start playing.
Q: How do I get more coins?
A: Go to the "Discover" tab and choose the "Items" section at the top. In the Coin Shop you can purchase coin packs, or earn coins by playing games and completing activities inside the app.
Q: How do I get more skills for the games?
A: When you are playing a game and run out of skills, a Skill Purchase screen will appear. On this screen you can watch an ad to get one extra skill, or purchase a 3‑skills pack or 100‑skills pack as in‑app purchases.
Q: I lost my coins or skills. What should I do?
A: Please make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that you used for your previous purchases. If the problem continues, contact us with your Apple ID (masked), approximate purchase date and the items you purchased, and we will do our best to help.
In‑App Purchases
My Pet Pet offers optional in‑app purchases such as coin packs and skill packs. These purchases are processed securely by Apple using your Apple ID.
- Coin packs: 200 Coins, 500 Coins, 1200 Coins
- Skill packs: 3 Skills, 100 Skills (used in mini‑games)
Purchased coins are added to your in‑app balance, and skill packs are applied to the games after a successful purchase.
All payments are handled by Apple. If you would like to request a refund for an in‑app purchase, please visit Apple's "Report a Problem" website and follow the instructions there. We cannot approve or deny refunds on behalf of Apple, but we are happy to assist with any questions.
My Pet Pet does not collect personally identifiable information from your device. Game progress and pet data are stored locally or in Apple's cloud services associated with your Apple ID. Any analytics or crash reports are handled by Apple according to your system settings.
