These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application My Pet Pet ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and revocable license to use the App for your own non‑commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions.
The App may offer virtual items such as coins, backgrounds, and other in‑game content (collectively, "Virtual Items"). You can earn some Virtual Items through gameplay or obtain them via in‑app purchases.
In‑app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. By making a purchase, you also agree to Apple's applicable terms and payment policies. We do not control and are not responsible for Apple's systems or billing processes.
To manage subscriptions or request refunds, please use your App Store account settings or contact Apple Support directly.

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, characters, animations, sounds, and code, is owned by Chunwa Creative or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
We may provide updates, bug fixes, or new features from time to time. These updates may change or remove certain features or Virtual Items. We are not obligated to maintain or support any specific feature for any period of time.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error‑free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or OS version.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chunwa Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of progress, or inability to access the App or Virtual Items.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the App in a manner that could harm the App, other users, or us. You may also stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in your place of residence, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.
